If your profile matches our requirements and both sides are happy with how the initial meeting goes, you will be invited to attend an assessment day set up exclusively for you, where you will get to meet experienced consultants. This gives us both the chance to get to know each other better. And that is equally as important for you as it is for us. The assessment day also includes a case study section in which you will be asked to develop a solution to a typical project issue that might crop up at Investors Marketing and then present your work to a larger audience. This gives you a feel of what it's like to work as a consultant at Investors Marketing. The day is a very true-to-life experience of what you can expect at IM. What is more, we get to know you better and can judge whether we think you will be successful with Investors Marketing. Interviews and case studies will be held in German.
Every applicant who is invited to a personal assessment day will receive feedback shortly afterwards. In line with our workplace culture, we show our appreciation by providing each applicant with constructive, specific feedback – irrespective of whether or not we make a job offer. Who knows, perhaps we'll be welcoming you to our team in the near future!
We have a very professional welcome process in place at IM for new team members and try to get you fully integrated into the team as swiftly as possible. Training on key subjects is given in your first week, followed by an on-boarding plan covering the most important areas you will be tackling in the coming weeks and months.
Please send applications by e-mail (PDF file) including a covering letter stating why you are interested in working with us and all references and certificates (Abitur university entrance qualification, degree certificate, references from former employers etc.). Applications should be addressed to Gabriele Hufenbach.
